  • Slight variations in wood grain (e.g., cricket bats), color tones, or fabric texture may occur due to screen settings and natural manufacturing differences.

  • Custom orders (such as engraved trophies or custom-sublimated jerseys) will be produced based on the artwork/text provided and approved by the customer.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices listed on our website are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) unless stated otherwise.

  • Payments must be completed in full at the time of purchase using our approved payment gateways, bank transfers, or official partner options (e.g., KOKO, Mintpay).

  • For bulk wholesale or custom orders, a non-refundable deposit may be required before production begins.

4. Delivery & Shipping

  • Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary based on courier schedules, weather conditions, or delivery location across Sri Lanka.

  • Imeth Sports is not responsible for shipping delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Risk of loss or damage to items transfers to the customer once the package is handed over to our official courier partners.

5. Custom Orders & Wholesale

  • Orders for custom-engraved trophies, medals, or customized team apparel cannot be canceled or modified once production has started.

  • Wholesale inquiries and custom bulk quotes are valid for a limited duration as specified in the quotation document.

  • All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software—is the property of Imeth Sports and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
